Outdoor Education
The FRIENDS bring experts including field naturalists, naturopathic doctors, and others to lead guided tours and activities throughout the year.
Trails & Recreation
The FRIENDS promote the responsible use of the trails, paths and roadways in the Centre, which include both natural forest paths and gravel paths and roadways.
Community Events
Throughout the year, the FRIENDS host walks and events to showcase the Centre as a community nature preserve and oasis, where individuals and families can enjoy a variety of outdoor recreational pursuits while hidden away from the

increasingly urbanized lands that surround it.
