THE ARBORETUM
The fledgling Arboretum already includes a wide assortment of young native-species trees, walking paths, benches, a pergola, and perennial gardens.
As of 2021, the Arboretum is also home to the free-use Ferguson Forest Disc Golf Course. It is maintained by the Kemptville Disc Golf Club. The Arboretum will continue to develop in coming years, with a wide variety of planned new features to further enhance public enjoyment of this beautiful landscape.

ANNIVERSARY PARK
Anniversary Park offers something for everyone.
Small children will enjoy the animal displays along Kinderwood Trail, a short, wide path through a pine plantation.
The picnic shelter, situated in a picturesque opening,  offers a perfect view out onto Kemptville Creek and the canoe / kayak / SUP launch dock.
This is also the trailhead for Turtle Trail, a beautiful out-and-back trail that runs creekside in a mix of woods and waterfront settings, connecting along the way to the Arboretum and some of the forest trails.

FERGUSON FOREST DOG PARK
Fully-fenced and well-equipped with pick-up bags, disposal containers and fresh water (in three seasons), the dog park is a perfect place to exercise and socialize your canine companion and meet other dog lovers from near and far.
The dog park offers both open and treed areas for large dogs and a separate area for the comfort and security of small dogs.

FISH SANCTUARY

From the northernmost tip of Turtle Trail, it's a short walk along Honour Way to the fish sanctuary, a small inlet off Kemptville Creek. Here, you will find an interpretive plaque detailing the sanctuary's features.
THE FOREST TRAILS
Over 22 kilometers of marked and maintained multi-use trails await you for your hiking, biking, horseback riding, or cross-country skiing* pleasure.
Or maybe you want to immerse yourself in the arts of contemplation, meditation, forest bathing or yoga.

*Through a formal arrangement with Ferguson Forest Centre, Kemptville Winter Trail maintains over 5 kilometres of groomed multi-use trails for Nordic skiing (Classic and skate), snowshoeing, winter fatbiking and walking on the nursery roads, in the Arboretum and in the forest sector just north of the Arboretum.
