Support FFC: become a Friends member!
As a member, you become part of a non-profit, volunteer, community-based organization, working to:
- support Ferguson Forest Centre by raising awareness of it's value as a recreational and educational resource
- raise awareness of the many features and attributes of the Centre
- promote responsible use and enjoyment of the Centre through the numerous outdoor recreational opportunities it offers for hiking, biking, horseback trail riding, dog walking, cross-country skiing, paddlesports, and more
- ensure trail safety, identification and maintenance
- ensure the preservation and protection of this community treasure for future generations
- support and promote the development of the new FFC Arboretum
- be a strong collective community voice of advocacy for all that FFC is, and does, for the community of North Grenville and beyond
HELP YOUR COMMUNITY raise awareness of the value of this precious natural resource and promote responsible shared use of this wonderful green space, by becoming a member of the Friends of the Ferguson Forest Centre.
MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS As a member, you'll receive newsletters, timely information on upcoming events & related activities (such as birding, naturopathic herb walks, canoeing and photography), and periodic educational notes. You will also be eligible for priority/discounts for certain events and programs. |
As a member, you'll have voting rights at the Friends' Annual General Meeting in November, and be eligible to join the Board of Directors to help in setting and achieving our goals.
